Welcome to Colony Beach Estates, one of Sanibel's premier East End beachfront communities, where timeless Old Florida architecture meets refined coastal living. Comprising just eighteen custom residences among mature tropical vegetation, this exclusive Gulf-front enclave offers privacy and a coveted location just a short walk from the Sanibel Lighthouse. This remodeled residence is perfect for entertaining, with extensive living spaces, an oversized two-car garage, a private elevator, and a heated pool and spa. Gulf views from both living levels complement multiple fireplaces, textured ceilings, plantation shutters, and wood flooring, while the main level features custom cabinetry and a large gathering island, and a Florida room opening to a deck. Wrapped in Hardie-board siding with a standing-seam metal roof and impact-rated windows and doors, this rarely available residence offers quality, privacy, and effortless island living.
